I just wanted to reach out to you regarding the recent work Heritage did in my own home. Bob came in and gave me a very fair quote and designed an AC system in my old cape cod. Al and Rudy did the install and I couldn't be more pleased and impressed. I am actually very excited for some warm weather to really kick it on. Everyone was very professional and clean. Al and Rudy went above and beyond just taking the time to navigate the old framing and pipe work to make the system as efficient and suitable as possible. I realize we all knew each other before the job, and I didn't expect anything less because of our time working together on site but that shouldn't take away from the work they did. I can tell from their character and work ethic that it goes further then just doing a "good job for a friend", they should be highly commended for the job they did and I am proud to show off my system to friends and family. I know they would do the same work for them as well.
On a similar note I am not the only one very impressed with Heritage. The customers I serve who have recently hired them are all pleased and impressed. Al really sticks out in my mind for this and you should really consider him an asset to your company, he is very capable of moving the Heritage name forward.

I wanted to take a minute to extend my gratitude to you and your construction team for a great job they have done on the Four Seasons and Harbor Bay Clubhouse. Their expert knowledge of the HVAC trade, to their professional attitude they have been outstanding to work with. They have gone above and beyond my expectations, they were instrumental in working through many design issues.

I need to personally thank Rudy and Al for their leadership on this project. They work extremely well will all of the other contractors. I wish there were more like them, as they have always been part of the solution as opposed to part of the problem.
